Organisational Health and Capability
Over recent years MAF has undergone considerable change. There has been significant restructuring and investment in capability throughout the organisation. These initiatives have sought to better meet stakeholder expectations and more effectively and efficiently deliver on MAF's outcomes. MAF's stakeholders report they are seeing the benefits of these changes in terms of MAF's visibility, effectiveness and contribution to outcomes.
Through its medium term organisational development strategy, MAF seeks to secure additional benefits from the significant investment in capability and to further embed the organisational changes.
The organisational development strategy will be complemented by specific initiatives as the business groups look to better position themselves to deliver on MAF's outcomes and strategic priorities.
