Collaborative Guidelines for Tertiary Providers

The NZ Qualifications Authority (NZQA) has published a set of "principles and parameters" to be used by tertiary education providers (but not universities) when working with other providers. In most cases, the requirements are for providers to define and manage the standard of delivery and support for any education and training delivered on its behalf. These standards generally require, as a minimum, a written agreement that specifies the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of all parties concerned.

The principles and parameters can be found at: http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/for-providers/aaa/docs/collaborative-arrangements.pdf
