Policy Leadership Team
The Policy Leadership Team consists of six Policy Directors and an Assistant Director-General (Policy).
The role of this team is:
- to provide strategic leadership, clear direction and build capability for future requirements; and
- to manage personnel and financial resources, address issues of prioritisation across the total business unit and establish effective policies and procedures for operation within MAF Policy.
The team liaises very closely with other MAF management teams to ensure, where possible, a consistent approach to management and planning across MAF.
